Ingredients:
1.5 kg beef brisket
Dash of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
Seasoning of choice
Filtered water
Slow cooker
Method:
Add the brisket, vinegar, salt, and seasoning to your slow cooker.
Fill the slow cooker with filtered water halfway up the height of the meat (key: don't add too much water as you can always add more later).
Slow cook for a minimum of 8 hours.
Serve the brisket with rice, pasta, roasted potatoes, or vegetables and salad. Enjoy this simple, delicious slow-cooked meal!
