Beef brisket

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg beef brisket

  • Dash of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • Seasoning of choice

  • Filtered water

  • Slow cooker

Method:

  1. Add the brisket, vinegar, salt, and seasoning to your slow cooker.

  2. Fill the slow cooker with filtered water halfway up the height of the meat (key: don't add too much water as you can always add more later).

  3. Slow cook for a minimum of 8 hours.

Serve the brisket with rice, pasta, roasted potatoes, or vegetables and salad. Enjoy this simple, delicious slow-cooked meal!
