Chocolate bliss balls

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup macadamias
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tbsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp cacao powder
5 squares dark chocolate (optional)
1 tbsp psyllium husk
Pinch of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until the mixture forms a consistency that holds together.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them in the fridge for about an hour.
