Chocolate bliss balls

Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1 cup macadamias

  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice

  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 5 squares dark chocolate (optional)

  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk

  • Pinch of salt

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Blend until the mixture forms a consistency that holds together.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them in the fridge for about an hour.
