Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients:
5 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup of flour of your choice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mash the bananas and combine them with the wet ingredients (bananas, eggs, and olive oil). A hand-held mixer can be useful here.
Add in the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt) and combine with a wooden spoon.
Stir in the chopped dates and walnuts, and pour the batter into the lined baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until firm and golden.
Allow the bread to cool, then serve with butter.
